Web25k HP and 1k+ melee is a good place to start for alpha boss on the island. That said it will be very hard to do alpha dragon with only that much melee at leastif not using theris. We did it with 25k HP, 1100 melee rexes with about 100 armor saddles. but it's a stretch. Expect all to die. The other bosses are a easy though.
