WebI exported my library last year, 80GB+ (most don't count against my storage) of just photos. I uploaded them to Amazon photo and have started syncing new photos there, as it's unlimited, with prime subscription. I am also still syncing to google but at low quality. I keep a local backup at home too. I can't imagine loosing years of photos.
