Webb19 mars 2024 · With this motherboard (not the alpha) I can’t change the memory voltage. when I set the memory voltage higher than 1.2v , the motherboard will not POST. Or when activate the DOCP profile it will not POST, but changing the memory frequency only and keep memory voltage at Auto or 1.2 V it will POST normal. WebbI've had 16GB of this RAM for 4 years and recently upgraded to 32GB by buying 2 more sticks. No complaints whatsoever, but make sure you enable XMP/DOCP in bios to get the stock 3000MHz (I was stupidly on 2133MHz for the first 3 years when I didn't know better). Or even better, you can overclock it super easily without having to mess with timings.

Causes: Could be a damaged CPU or just bad luck at silicon lottery. If the latter, you may have to tune the memory a bit to get it stable again. Webb9 apr. 2024 · Any how there's a guide over at Overclockers on how to overclock DDR5 ram. That might help. Looks like these RAM sticks are at the base DDR5 ram clock of 4800mhz so it should overclock a bit. The RAM sticks were built for OEM systems for stability and not overclocking in mind so you might not get a huge overclock out of it.
