Web10 Jun 2024 · Attachments (example: "file.pdf") turn into the file "smime.p7m", which makes it impossible to read. I don't want to use any third party tool to read it outside crm. I am able to open it inside outlook and it is working fine in Gmail as well. Is there any workaround on this? has this been fixed? I am using MS D365 online V9.x. Thanks in advance. The latter should be enclosed in —–BEGIN PKCS7—– and —–END PKCS7—– and the content should be in base64 encoding, just like the output of the command above.
