WebIMO the HD looks a little crispier, but not drastically crispier. And all the custom objects and autogen are still there, so it in a sense makes up for it at low altitude. Also, there's literally no difference above around 3000AGL. I always do sd because of the hdd space. The quality difference is only at low altitude.
