WebThe aim of the course is to provide hands-on training in microsurgery and is beneficial for both beginners who are starting their careers in microsurgery as well as for established microsurgeons who want to refine their microsurgical skills. To make the course flexible and convenient it is now conducted throughout the year. WebThe five day course runs from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at the discretion of the Department of Plastic Surgery. The microsurgery laboratory accommodates a maximum of two trainees at a time. The courses use video materials and direct one-on-one teaching. All surgical procedures are performed on experimental rats.
