WebNTA. As some one who absolutely hates shoes on inside my house. House shoes that never go outside and are worn for medical reasons are a perfectly acceptable alternative. It’s respectful and kind to make sure you have them. What really gets me is the side eye when you were doing your foot exercises. They are petty and completely unreasonable.
