So although I'm biased as I favour MRC, I think that company has presented evidence to suggest that their stage 2 package which achieves up to about 600Nm for most 3.0 TFSI engines is probably the limit of what is 'reasonably' achievable. If it's 130 bar, and with 19.5:1 compression, that means (roughly) you don't want much more than 1.2 bar of boost.

So I think the pressure would be 700 to 1200 mbar gauge pressure.
