Sometimes, during or after a heavy rain a white bubbly foam, like soap suds will appear at the base of some of the pines. It disappears after the rain ends, and doesn't seem to appear during drier weather. WebI have an outdoor drain that is about 10 feet straight down. It looks like some rocks/gravel have accumulated at the bottom, causing the drain to clog when finer debris go down. Any way to reach that far down and grab them? I was thinking maybe a long pole with smear of epoxy or glue to bind to the rocks.
