WebOct 26, 2024 · If ThrottleStop shows Locked then you cannot undervolt your CPU. The BIOS has set the lock bit. You would need to modify the BIOS to clear the lock bit. For the proof, posting photographs below and if you still don't want to risk, it's all up to you after all that is your laptop and money. As you can see now the clock speed are unlocked.
